This pillow is nothing like the pillows I experienced during our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Williamstown, NJ. It claims to be down, but feels much too soft, so I can't help but wonder if it really is. Checked the tag on the pillow and it asserts 10% down, but still a disappointment.

The pillows are authentic Holiday Inn pillows. We receive our pillows the same supplier as the hotel chain. Two things that you might want to try, if you haven’t, is to first follow the mftr instructions for refluffing the pillows and second, is to place the pillows in a zipped, protective pillow case. The hotels do the same as it makes the pillows a little more firm and helps keep them from becoming flat. This may help provide the experience that you are looking for.

The item was not as described at all!!!!! The pillows arrived as flat as two pancakes in which I expected that, but I thought that after following the instructions that were included in the package the pillows fluffed up for all of 10 minutes. My wife and I are very disappointed. I do not recommend ordering from this seller.

The pillows are authentic Holiday Inn pillows and the description is based on info from the mftr. One thing that you might try is to place them in a protective, zipped case. The hotel does the same as it helps maintain them being fluffy. We take great pride in what we sell and we use the exact same pillows that we sell in our own home (with the zipped protectors). We apologize if the expectation was different, but we do only offer authentic pillows and only provide info from the mftr.
