    this guy is on the level. when he describes what he does to the guitars you can believe him. no need to oil fretboard or steel wool the frets; gr8 out of an incredibly well packed box. the super sellers like monoprice can't give the attention to the guitars or the S&H boxes this guy does, i have a monoprice and the frets are rough. packing; no camparison.. i was lucky my monoprice arrived unbroken.
