    Device drains battery from phone instead of charging.

    The device doesn't charge my phone, instead it drains battery from my phone (my phone charges the pack). I haven't had this issue with any other battery packs. I've looked for any help with troubleshooting but I have followed the directions for using this device as provided on their website.

    Good charger, kind of heavy/bulky, but it does seem like a 12000 mah charger

    Heavier than I expected. But otherwise I'd say is above average for name brand charger. Good build quality, doesn't feel cheap. Fast charging.
