When received, the item had different packaging. The packaging was crucial to my application; I needed the nozzle as shown. Turns out that was an older picture and the seller had not changed pictures to reflect the change in packaging. We discussed and they happily offered me a full refund and allowed me to keep the item. I am expecting that refund to show up shortly. Good experience and by the way, they followed up with my inquiry to them very rapidly and showed real interest in helping.
