    Great product at the best price

    When I hooked the player up I was amazed at how light it is. It's also very compact but the picture and audio quality are good. Comes with a simple remote. It has component output and coaxial digital output. To make it multiregion, follow these steps: Press "Setup" button on remote. Scroll to "Preferences" using the LEFT/RIGHT arrow key. Press "138931" and a pop-up screen will appear. Use the UP/DOWN arrow key to choose the desired number. You can select a specific region (1 through 6) or region "0" for all regions. Works great

    great dvd player .

    minor scratches but is like new and works great ! its small and easy to carry aroud. it was also a great bargain and also came with the remote wich it looks hardly used. loving the deal !!!!

    Very nice for the price, and multiregion playback is possible.

    Nice player - biggest problem is the small remote with limited functions. Has a great picture and great sound. This dvd player is capable of playing regions other than 1. Follow the directions in the review below by fab-pad . I have region 2 discs, and it may have a few hiccups yet it plays them just fine.

    Philips DVD player

    I needed a DVD player to fit in a cabinet in a motorhome that was designed for a VCR. This unit was an answer to that problem. It fits the cabinet as well as works great. My only negative is that it won't play the newer Blue Ray discs but I haven't found a Blue Ray player this narrow. It has solved my problem quite nicely, though, and I am very happy with this purchase.
