Seller was fully understanding with my confusion and mailed out the forgotten sustainment pouches. I would leave 5 stars but the pack in the pictures is not what I received. I received a very faded large ruck so if you're looking for a good condition pack I wouldn't recommend purchasing this pack. We are fully transparent with the listing and with this buyer that we have 100's of these and the one pictured is prob sold. And his comparison is not correct. Of the 100's some are new like and some are used but we don't separate, we grab one from the bin. He wanted a new one but told us AFTER it was shipped so we could not cancel.
