Requested for item to be cancelled through ebay and on last day for seller to respond, he declines and still never shipped the item or responded to my messages.     I was hesitant about mailing in my consoles for repair, but I’m glad I did. The work was amazing, and despite delays from waiting on parts and serious family and health matters, they were transparent when able and made it right by comping some of the repair for all four of my consoles.
