Exactly as described and pictured. Includes bumper mounts, plastic cover and end caps. One of my end caps were damaged during shipping and the seller offered to send me a new bumper exchange. I did not want to re-pack up a bumper to send it back, so they refunded me the cost of the end cap. Fast response and seller wanted to make things right. Awesome experience!
