The customer service and prompt response are very quick, cannot fault them. However the first radiator we received was damaged via transport, company was quick to replace radiator. Second radiator received was also damaged via transport, which we can use after the brackets are straightened. Company should look at how the product is boxed for transport as the brackets came through the bottom of the box i would say from the product being thrown. No issues with the organisation or quick delivery.

The listing showed a rolled edge exhaust tip. I received a tip with a sharp edge which was totally different. Seller offered a $6 discount to keep it - I countered with $10. It took a week before I received a response. It was all sorted out in the end, but it wasn t my best eBay experience.
I believe the seller is genuine and wanted to make it right. I would purchase from them again.
