    Shipment one of two Witonics Capacitor Replacement Kits for HP W2207 ILPI-029 Rev A arrived three days after I placed the order, in new condition. The seller provided a tracking number for shipment two. The capacitors were wrapped in two plastic pouches. The capacitor's Cs, Tolerance, D, Freq, Q, ESR, and Φ at 120Hz were within specifications. Christian Z offered to replace any missing capacitors for free and provided technical advice. This was an outstanding purchasing experience.
