I like the product but this seller is non-responsive and ignores inquiries. I asked about these boots 6 months ago and the seller never got back to me. I decided to try anyway since I know the product and it’s one of the few shoes that are comfortable for me. I am pleased with the boots and will keep them. But when I contacted this seller afterwards to buy a second pair, it was a nightmare. I asked for a reduction which she/he agreed to but never delivered. I went elsewhere.

AVOID THIS VERY BAD CUSTOMER! This is the kind of buyer to avoid. Low balled me on an offer for a different pair of shoes. A higher offer came in and she did not reply to my offer by then so I sold them to a higher offer. Then she starts in with threats and harassment because she did not respond to me. But she says she likes the shoes. Very mixed up person.SMH
