Bought the item as NEW and it arrived with a stain on the top, as well as the bottom of the shoes had wear on them like they had been clearly used. I reached out to them, and they only offered a refund if I returned them. I explained I want the shoes, & would just like them replaced as they were clearly used instead of new as advertised. They would not do an even swap despite their own mistake. Will never shop on here again from them. Ridiculous.

I have no problem with eBay but I caught the Fed Ex delivery driver throwing my box on the ground. He tried to lie about it but I was looking at him and he left the box in the walkway instead of putting it at the door like anyone else, he took a picture , so ask for a copy of the picture. If feel this is very unacceptable.
