This shipped fast, & is a lovely piece, but I am disappointed in the lack of communication by the seller. I reached out shortly after purchasing the item to thank them, as well as to ask them to please be careful with packing this item. I received absolutely no response. I was extremely disappointed. So while the LLadro arrived quickly & safely, I don't know if I'd buy from them again with lack of communication
