    Best brand of Zinc Orotate

    Zinc orotate (as opposed to the more prevalent and cheaper zinc oxide) is the best form of zinc in the marketplace. I have found the Advanced Research Brand to be the best value when it comes to cost, number of tablets, and the amount of zinc in each tablet. I usually save taking these tablets until I start feeling ill. These tablets have helped me recover from my ailments more quickly than before i began to take them. A fine product.

    Zinc + copper = immune system booster

    Just not sure..

    Not sure if this form is actually the best, like many claim..... Not getting aroused like some of the other forms of zinc .. Hmmm... Maybe im just getting used to it?
