It’s not a miner but just a frame even though the title and image does not obviously explain/show this. This is like advertising a pc case with specs and an image showing parts inside, it’s one thing if it obviously says JUST FRAME but to the average person (especially on a site like this where you can find used stuff cheap) they won’t know.
