However, I was not very impressed that this heavy item, which is in a plastic case, was shipped using only a thin plastic wrapper. No box, no packing, no protection against damage in shipping. I expected better. My item arrived with all of the little parts scattered about inside the plastic case, but luckily it does not appear there was any damage. This kind of tool deserves to be properly shipped in a box with packing.
