Most everything about these fittings is what I expected. If I put on a fabric cover, that need to go over the corner fittings, it will more than likely tear due to the weld quality on the corners of the fittings being left un contoured and very sharp. (see pics) these are all pics of the same two fittings.
I will be sanding these down and smoothing out the corners myself, which will then require a layer of cold galv to regalv the sanded area prior to installing any type of fabric top.

Typically customers do not pull covers over any of the slope corner fittings. Instead they will use ball bungees (or other ties) to attach a cover directly to the frame poles, which ends up leaving a 1-6" gap around all edges. That is the industry standard. If customers are unsatisfied with any of our products, we offer a 100% refund, no questions asked.
