It's a good backup display output
I got mine for around $18.50 and for that much I would say you can with enough looking get much better performance per dollar. However I got mine mostly just as a simple troubleshoot/backup display output card that doesn't require external power. As a backup card it does it's job and is decent enough to play games from around 2010 and some newer titles at 240p.

Don't know it this card is good and windows 10 did me in, which is probably the case
I have a black screen was told it was video card, I changed it out with this used one still black screen. This was the exact same model so drivers should be same.
