    Good performance, bad shape

    The battery performs well, lasts a long as original owner battery used to. This battery is flat. OEM is curved. The result is this battery puts pressure on the screen causing light spots on the display. Still, better than having an hour runtime and the price is great.

    Original battery life restored.

    I had to replace my cracked Moto X Pure screen so I decided to replace the battery while I had the phone disassembled. The battery looks exactly like the original except that it needs to be slightly bent along the edges to match the original battery so that it fits in the phone correctly. I recommend watching a couple of the YouTube videos that cover disassembling the Moto X Pure before tackling this project. Buy a decent Tork-4 screwdriver, you will need one as the screws holding the phone together are very tightly fastened.

    Easy install and had significant impact on my battery life. The battery did require some bending to fit in the phone, but the battery is segmented and can somewhat easily be bent.

    DO NOT BE FOOLED. This is NOT the correct battery for the Moto X Pure Edition

    This is NOT for the Moto X Pure Edition. First, the ribbon connector is on the wrong side and secondly, the charging LED just blinks if you try to charge it.
