Brand new. Ordered Friday and received it the following Monday. I used this a week ago for a play/performance. The mixer I was using had global phantom power and I needed it for condenser mikes for 2 of the acts. I was a little concerned about applying that DC voltage to the receiver half of this set. I went ahead and used it anyway and had no problems. Transmitter was plugged into an SM58.
