I am hoping to get the same satisfaction I've had with the previous model. I loved the way the laptop was shipped to me. It was very well packaged in a heavy plastic bubble type wrapping to protect it during shipping process. The only thing I've noticed to date is a very, very, small scratch in the center of the monitor, i can tolerate it though.
