So disappointed!!! Didn't state I had to pick the skin tone when buying only asked for number of picture of hair. Never once stated that wasn't the skin tone aswell in the number picture. Seller saying it is my fault for not stating the skin tone! Really disappointed and seller not sorry in the slightest. My card has now left me without a good memory for me and my friend. Arrived 3 days late too so too late to order another one

This card is advertised with the bride having a darker skin tone and the bridesmaid as a lighter skin tone, we do not advertise that the skin tones can be changed so do not ask for this information. We have other listings with different skin tone combinations so the correct combination can be chosen. We only ask for hair choices from the "Hair Charts" and it is quite clear this is to select the hair choice. Your order arrived within 3 Days of dispatch so it was not 3 days late as stated.

Made this order on Friday & noted that the due delivery date was listed as 4th March. Contacted the seller just to make sure as we needed all for a wedding on the 7th March. The seller replied that delivery would be 4th or 5th March which was fine with us. Received a message today ( the 5th March-due delivery date) saying they had cancelled order! Despite listing that we had cancelled it which was not true. We expected the full order delivered today. Very disappointing customer service.

For clarity the delivery dates for your order were 6th-8th March. Your order was placed at 2.39pm on Friday 1st March, you then sent a message saying it was needed by the latest the 4th March. We explained this is not possible and if the postage is upgraded to special delivery we would be able to get this to you for the 5th at the very earliest. You ignored this message all weekend and sent the word "Yes" on Monday 4th at 4:07pm, which was passed our Royal Mail collection time.
