This humidifier valve was very easy to install. It is very good quality at a very good price. At this time I can’t rate its reliability since it has been running only for a week. I hope it runs well for years to come since the original humidifier valve from Carrier only lasted a year.

This must be a bad unit!
This solenoid is very noisy. I havexreplaced the solenoid on my humidifier several times and none have been this noisy. I think it's a bad unit.
