I have ordered two boxes on 19th November and they put on the system dispatched on 20th November and today I am checking on 27th November with yodel tracking it shows parcel still with sender
I did argument with sender why you are lie to me already on the way to uk yodel courier shows still with sender and then sender reply to me if you want to cancel it no problem we can cancel your delivery,
They are wasting customers time

The parcel was dispatched promptly, although there was a slight delay. Nevertheless, the package successfully arrived in the UK on November 28th, taking a total of 8 days for transit from Bulgaria. Unfortunately, the buyer incorrectly claimed that the order was never shipped and attempted to cancel it. We want to clarify that the order was indeed shipped and reached its destination in the UK. We do not recommend to do business with this buyer,.
