Item was DoA -- Extremely poorly packaged for a vintage ISA card. Was in a bubble envelope with a piece of styrofoam taped to the front of the card and nothing at all protecting the back. The packing tape on the back side pulled some solder mask off of the board it was so stuck on. I can't say if it worked before it was shipped -- but it most definitely didn't work as I received it. Buyer doesn't accept returns sold AS IS so I suppose it doesn't pay to package properly.
