Vintage board game was in good condition; however, the game box was flattened along one side because it was packaged in a flimsy shipping box. Fortunately, the inside components were not affected. A firmer shipping box, which other sellers use for similar games, would help avoid this problem.

I am sorry this happened to you. Since everything is insured for up to $100 I would start there. Since I use the boxes the post office gives for every item I ship, this wasn’t flimsy. I know how to pack my items well. This is a human problem and was not handled with care. Next time I suggest reaching out
