One plate arrived broken. It was poorly packaged. The outer packaging for everything was great but then there was one thin square of bubble wrap inbetween the 2 plates. Not wrapped, just a cut square the size of the plate. I brought this to the seller’s attention and he said I could file a claim with usps (what a pain. Then have to turn around and wait for my refund and buy the plates I still need) or get a $5 refund (I paid $26 for 2 plates). I told him this was disappointing. No response.

Ma'am, I am truly sorry that 1 of the plates arrived damaged. I did pack them well. But once it left my hand, I had no control. You paid $5 a plate & 16.95 for shipping. I could have just let you file an insurance claim. The P.O. would have taken both plates and sent you a ck for $10. Instead I sent you a $5 refund for the damaged plate. so you could keep the good plate. To ship just 1 Plate would only have cost $15.55. So, I will send you a 2nd refund for $1.40. This will make you whole.
