Copier was exactly what I wanted and is working great. Unfortunately the FED EX delivery person left it on my front sidewalk during a rain storm. Thank goodness I had received a notification that is had been delivered and that there was plastic covering the machine on the inside of the box. Box was very wet and could have damaged the copier. Could not find how to report to FED EX so possibly you can do so.

Tried to contact the seller, never responded .
Sent text messages through EBay, never responded.
When I opened the package, I couldn’t believe box for the key board was ripped before I open. ( attached photo), some wire didn’t come with plastic covered.
Many suspicious evidence were found for this was either returned computer or, they didn’t care how it was sent out to customers.
Computer itself has no problem, however the way it came mede me so upset, bad customer service.
