Item was brand new as stated, in original packaging. A very smooth transaction. There was great communication from CEVA Logistics (the freight delivery company) and it arrived in about 7 days in perfect condition. Matter a fact, the TV arrived earlier than the selected delivery window on the day of delivery. Please note, delivery was to inside our home.
