Sold me 2 different drums and 1 vibrates and shows visible wear. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ANTHONY WHO HIDES BEHIND "POLICY" TO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BECAUSE OF PAINT AND INSTALL.. HOW THE HELL WOULD WE KNOW THE DRUM IS DEFECTIVE UNTIL THE TEST DRIVE? THE RETURN IS FOR DEFECT,NOT BUYER REMORSE. I expected to send for inspection and replace or refund. I get "sorry it was installed and painted". THEY SELL A DEFECTIVE PART AND BLAME ME TO HIDE BEHIND "POLICY" TO DENY A RETURN. THIS COMPANY SUCKS

Buyer never reported any issues with the parts for two weeks after the purchase when he claimed that the parts were damaged and that the brake drums were different from one another. He also informed us that he already installed and used them.Moreover,he even painted them to match his vehicle. Based on the photos he provided, he obviously damaged one of them on his "test drive". He never provided any photo of the parts visible in a condition he received them in.
