Came broken. Latch very difficult to open and close. Now, it is for the price it is only OK. Don't expect to get a high quality piece of jewlery for $23. But, it will present well. If you want something that is a piece of jewlery that will last, I would not recommend it, but again for $23, OK. By the way, it was a fairly easy fix for the broken apart section. That is why I did not return it. The Neutral rating is because it came broken.
