He provided excellent communications to indicate what steps he was taking to resolve issue. In the end he submitted a lost package claim that resulted in the discovery and delivery. It is easy to say item was described. Was shipped quickly. Was packaged well. Too bad I cannot collect on the frequent flier points it has accrued.
