Really a great, great note. The two week shipping DOES NOT reflect negatively on the Seller as she shipped the day after I ordered the note. She also responded promptly when I contacted her approximately ten days after it had been shipped. So, for those two reasons, she gets positive feedback; USPS, in this case, no.
