    My order consisted of 3 packages of 5 stems. Received my order in low quality shipping material consisting of a plastic bag, moist paper towel, and dirt from pulling out of the ground-inside of a box. The store plastic bag was not sealed in any way. I received a couple long straggly strands with dead leaves, or completely bare. I opened a return, and the seller apologized and sent a refund.

    Apologies. Leaves may die in transport. However, roots are the most important part of this plant. Please plant roots and it should be fine :)
