    I purchased this English 5 Shilling banknote on 2 Sept, I paid £5.03 for postage and today is 9th at 2:20pm. Today eBay sent me a message saying the item was delivered at 11.41am. I am very much disappointed to hear that, I was looking forward to it and now DHL has let me down. I was home all day and nothing came through the post, because there’s a TFL strike going on. I could understand the delay, but sending me a message to say that it was delivered was total dishonesty and disgraceful.
