Super Sharp. Non stick with vegetables.
Right out of the package it was very sharp. I didn't have to put an edge on it before I use it. I did put a sharpening steel to it before I storing it on my magnetic knife holder. Fantastic for cutting vegetables and they don't stick to the blade.

No sharp!
I purchased this knife to replace my old knife of 5 year thinking it was the same brand because they look identical. Wrong, even my 5yr old knife is sharper than these. Tried to sharpen and the sharpness fades quickly. Will not buy again
