    Both items worked fine, but arrived a little later than advertised. However, they were described as "new - other (open box)," which means almost like new. These were definitely both well-used items, so false advertising there. I'd expect open box items to last quite some time, but who knows how long these well-worn items will carry on? They also had no Cat 5/5e/6 cables and no documentation (which I'd expect from an "open box" item). Be wary of this seller's descriptions!

    Improvement was incremental

    I was hoping for better performance on the HWS itself. It takes about 10 seconds to get warmed up rather than the 12 that it used to take to come up with an image when first turned on. Perhaps it helps out more when clients are involved.
