Went back to HP inkjet printer. We had two large laser printers that did more things than we would ever use. The toner was half the price of the printer. We only need a printer with scanner, copy and this HP 6001 series even prints mobile by WIFI. It arrived early and I hooked it up by USB cable and are really impressed with it.It is really will save us with the Smart Tank ink storage. Years ago we went to a laser because the ink cart rages got so expensive. Every cartage had a new head.

When I opened the package, I couldn’t believe box for the key board was ripped before I open. ( attached photo), some wire didn’t come with plastic covered.
Many suspicious evidence were found for this was either returned computer or, they didn’t care how it was sent out to customers.
Computer itself has no problem, however the way it came mede me so upset, bad customer service.
