I spoke with seller and he assured it was in good condition... delivery was easy and very easy to understand. Packaging was was okI wish he had a little more protective covering butboversl it was fine in the box it came in... IT WAS Definitely AS the DESCRIPTION said it is very beautiful and I saved money on it so the value and price I paid was worth it, I will buy from him again

    This seller is amazing. Quick with responses. Due to the diligence, my composite granite sink , although new in box, was checked before shipping. Turned out seller found a hairline crack and informed me immediately. I could not find a sink in his shop I wanted, so seller refunded my purchase immediately. Of course I am very disappointed about the hairline crack, but could not be more impressed by the treatment. Seller was polite at all times, so feedback is deserved.

    Trust this seller. Would buy from again. Shipped immediately. Item was truly well packed but, unfortunately, sink arrived damaged. Seller responded immediately and refunded my cost. A note about this sink -- I love the sink but actually purchased a 2nd one from a different seller & it, too, sustained the same kind of damages -- i think it is a Kohler packing issue! Beware if you purchase one.
