The BUYER called me names. Lied about the damage to the item, got full refund and kept the item - I just didn't want to deal with this person. 11 email messages with 2-3 minutes apart. Looks like she couldn't think of more than one sentence at a time. Very unstable, unfortunately. I blocked her. Never again.
