Item was locked to another T-Mobile account user is a parts breaker and did not have access to that account as the device came in on a wrecked car. Ask for a return and they gave one without issue. This is something I did not expect them to know about if they did not purchase this device themselves it was locked internally to the last owners account on T-Mobile
