I had a small problem with this item but used a part from an old one I had to repair the issue. I didn't contact the seller about the problem because I don't believe the issue had anything to do with the seller and I was able to repair it myself. The seller was honest about the product, provided fast shipping with good pricing. These Black & Decker chainsaws are very convenient for small to medium tree work.
