    Good quality, easy to use

    I was very impressed with the ease of assembly. There were a lot of parts crammed into a pretty heavy box, but it went together very easily. I am most impressed with the packet of small parts. Rather than being loose in a set of bags, they were confined to clear compartments shrink wrapped onto a piece of cardboard, each labeled clearly. All the needed tools were included. The unit is very study, and well designed. It is easy to switch between the three users at our house. One quick adjustment and it is ready for people of different heights. It is also easy to switch between tilt levels - from almost flat to straight up-and-down. This is a great product at a very reasonable price.

    Solid but problematic

    The item is solid and secure, something that is very important when hanging upside down. Also the cushioning is high quality and comfortable to the touch. But, the recline experience is very difficult to control in positions that are in between what the pegs allow. My previous machine was flimsier and cheaper but more precise overall to control at the perfect degree needed for maximum traction relief, and because of this problem, I find this gravity board difficult to recommend. This review comes from a user that is 6' 3" tall, weighing 210 pounds for reference.

    Great product if you have back problems TRY THIS NOW

    I have a very bad back (plates and Jacks installed) 2 knee surgery's and a total hip replacement I can greatly reduce the pain in my Back and knee by using this for 5 min a day I think it might be helping my hip but not sure yet it is not hurting it any . Tried 10 min one time and my knee ached some so went back to 5 min and can not believe the difference this has made in such a short time .

    I feel it is a good price for a quality product

    Having suffered low back pain for many years I bought on of the first generation tables many years ago. This one is very good quality and I love not needing the ankle cuffs like my old one. I like t do my sit-ups while hanging completely inverted.
