The condition was brand new, and my husband put it on for sizing and it fit him with a little room to spare in the pants. He normally wears a 38 waist. As for the top, there is plenty of room to fit a Belly Belt or pillow. As advertised, there were so many accessories. You cannot beat the price for the quality you are getting. We did not put on the beard but most of the other accessories can be seen in the attached photo.
