    Great and Full of Action

    Great classic about a group of Navy officers forced to assume command of a ship whose new captain, worn and fatigued from years of previous combat, finally lost his marbles. Fred McMurray plays the intellectual who diagnoses the captain's mental illness and encourages potentially mutinous actions, but then wimps out and lets his mates take the heat when the hammer comes down. May Wynn portrays herself as an extreme high-maintenance pain in the BUTT to Ensign Keith, who ends up marrying her and will probably regret it the rest of his life. It seems every time she speaks, you're compelled to say "Can we at least talk about a REAL problem if you're gonna ruin my day?" This is my third copy of the movie, so yeah - I like it.

    Great DVD. Has both wide screen and full screen formats. Shipping seemed a little high, considering it was only the disc, not the original boxed item. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.
