    Amazing little camera for amateurs

    I simply love this camera. It has exceeded my expectations. For those who like manual controls, it will fit the bill. I do think that it runs a little bit pricey to be honest, but I’m happy with the purchase, and would probably buy it again if something happened to this one. The seller had a great price however. The best thing about the G9x m2 is, of course, its tiny size. It’s well-built, and I’ve had no trouble figuring out how to use it without opening the manual. I enjoy shooting on program mode, where I can set a focus, hold the button down halfway, shift the focus, and maintain the desired focus and light metering. Just like with my old NIkon SLR. I think canon really hit it out of the park with this thing. So far, I also like the video quality. So all in all, an excellent by. And ...

    Dynamite in a small package

    mostly touch screen settings, a problem in winter but worth it. The rest of the year without gloves ...no problem. For winter, just set it up ahead of time and keep it warm. I use a zip lock bag and keep it dry and warm in a shirt or jacket pocket. There is a learning curve to use the features as with most all technological cameras. Best thing is the high resolution and RAW feature and that sicne it is so small you can always have it with you, the size of a pack of cigarettes. The only real negative is the low power zoom lens. They sure packed a whole lot into this tiny package!

    Great images in a very small package

    Took me a minute to get use to the controls. The large screen is a "touchscreen" and it is easy to accidentally touch the screen and change the settings inadvertently until you get used to the camera. Ergonomically, it is not the most comfortable camera, but it has amazing image quality and a plethora of control for a premium point-and-shoot camera. I would recommend it for travel, however if you have large hands, there is a learning curve.

    Camera Review

    So far I really love this small but loaded camera! It goes with me everywhere! It does everything my DSLR does (for my needs), but isn’t cumbersome and heavy. Very happy with this little jewel.

    Understated and best bang for the Buck $$$

    Pros: Size, wifi, high DPI, Fast, Easy to use and very intuitive, and more features than previous G series by Canon. I have a G7 and a G10, this model is far superior to those models and they work really well, but slower and lower DPI and fewer features. Understated and superior to reviews in camera specialized reviews on google. Great Camera !
