Open box, slightly used with a little wood sawdust dust, I thought it was new unopened unused as it says in the item description, but it is not, I am sorry for leaving this negative comment but it is what it is.

The buyer did not contact us about any issue with the condition of their item or any other problem with their purchase. Only by reviewing the buyer's feedback did we become aware of it. Based on our many years of experience buying, selling, and even using such products, we can say with near certainty that the buyer is confusing sawdust with packaging dust, which comes from cardboard and is common with tools.

Item came as described. I feel the packaging should have been better. I ordered a battery for a tool and it was shipped in an envelope with bubble wrap protection. A box would have been better due to damage that could have happened. I am pleased with the product,price,and the service. I would pu8ftom this seller again and I recommend.
