The wrong item was sent. I let the seller know that evening and he contacted me early the next morning. He sent me a return label and I shipped it back the next day. The corrected package arrived a day earlier than I expected, during a snow storm!. It was the supplier's mistake, the seller wasn't at fault. This is the same product as sold in drug stores but at a much more competitive price. All were received in perfect condition, The health insurance (Medicaid) for our 29 year old grandson, who is totally incontinent due to a brain injury during infancy, has refused to continue paying for Depends and so his grandmother and I have had to by them online. (We have ben guardians and full time care givers for him since he was 2 years old) These products at an affordable price have been a great help. Thanks so much.
