What arrived was a different dingy Mikita chain mortiser that looked like it had been dropped from five feet. Four out of the five castings were cracked and the rods twisted, though the box it arrived in looked fine. Kabuki offered to send me replacement parts…. So trying to salvage a shattered machine that I did not order….no. Then they offered me a $30 refund…. On my $950 tool. All very disappointing. With eBay’s help I was able to get refunded.

They placed unnecessary restrictions on shipping and would not work with me to make it right. Told me that if I didnt recieve the item due to their arbitrary rules (that I cant pickup at Fedex center) I would lose my item and the money I paid. Fedex customer service confirmed changed in shipping rules can ONLY be made by shipper and could not help me on their end.

Bought item 10 business days before tariffs, seller decided to wait the 10 business days to ship, had to pay duty that was not mentioned at time of purchase. Photos show item new in box and title as well says new but item received seems used and the box was not included. Item is already overpriced so not getting even the bare minimum of what is listed is a disappointment. Please beware when buying from this seller!
