    Good movie and a good value

    I used to have this movie on VHS and when the entire collection was stolen, I never thought of "Monster Squad" when I started replacing the lost titles with DVDs. I was recently reminded of it and decided to see if I could find a new copy on disk. I was surprised and pleased to find the movie's 2-disk 20th anniversary edition at a very good price, so I bought it. It's a better movie than I remembered: good fun and an original story, not a derivative rehashing!

    One of my favorite movies as a kid and it still holds up today. Full of campy monster fun this movie is a must see for any monster fan.

    This is a great DVD and for the price you can't beat it. I have all the new 4K media and I still LOVE DVDs. I wonder what it would be like on BLURAY or 4K and if those came with a digital copy I'd probably pick them up. Until then I am quite content with the DVD.
